These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website operated by Together International (an incorporated association, hereinafter “the Association”), and the rights and obligations of the Association and of users.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of these Terms)
These terms take effect upon being posted on the website. The Association may amend them where necessary, and amended terms take effect from the time they are posted.
Article 3 (Scope of the Service)
The Association provides information about the organisation and its work, publishes notices and news, and receives applications for giving, volunteering and donation receipts.
Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)
The Association may temporarily suspend the service where there is an unavoidable reason to do so, such as system maintenance or a communications failure.
Article 5 (Obligations of Users)
Users must not enter false information when applying, misappropriate another person’s information, infringe the rights of the Association or of any third party, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Article 6 (Protection of Personal Data)
The Association protects users’ personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Copyright)
Copyright in the material published on this website belongs to the Association, and it may not be used for commercial purposes without prior consent.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Association bears no liability where it is unable to provide the service by reason of force majeure, such as a natural disaster.

These terms take effect from 19 August 2026.
